Frequently Asked Questions
Our opening hours are from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, including holidays.
Renting an XL locker costs €13 for a full day. Renting an M locker costs €10.
You can book a locker through our online booking page or at our locations on Calle Esparteros, 9 and Calle Cañón, 7.
We offer 2 types of lockers:
Locker XL
- Capacity for 1 large checked suitcase
- Capacity for up to 4 carry-on suitcases
Locker M
- Capacity to store up to 2 carry-on suitcases
Yes, our stores are equipped with 24/7 video surveillance and alarm systems to ensure your security. In addition, each reservation includes insurance covering up to €800 in case of incident. Your belongings will be protected and safe at all times. If you have any issues, please contact our support team for immediate assistance.
Yes, you can open your locker as many times as you want during your reservation period and within opening hours. After entering your PIN at the terminal, you will see two options: temporary open (to access and close again) or finalize reservation (to release the locker permanently).
If you try to pick up your bags after your reservation time has ended, the system will require you to pay for as many extra days as you have exceeded in order to open your locker and access your belongings.
You can store any personal items that are not illegal, flammable, or dangerous.
